For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Includes:
Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays (as prescribed by doctor)
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatment (some exclusions may apply)

Periodontal Membership
$75/mo.
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
Includes:
Perio maintenance cleanings (3 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Needed x-rays (as prescribed by doctor)
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
15% off all other treatment (some exclusions may apply)

Child Membership
(13 & Younger)
$35/mo.
